Once you’ve selected and purchased your ideal items, every effort is placed in delivering them with a high standard of accuracy and promptness. Erbamin uses Canada Post Expedited service to send parcels to Canadian addresses, with emphasis placed on quality deliveries at competitive rates. Shipments to addresses in the United States are sent through Canada Post Tracked Packet USA service.

We are aware of current service disruption resulting from the Canada Post union strike.
Since Canada Post remains to be the most accessible parcel delivery service in Canada at the most affordable rates for our customers, Erbamin will, at this time, continue to fulfil orders that we receive to them.
With this in mind, please expect delays or outright stoppages to order fulfillment across Canada Post's network. If you require items delivered with specific timeframes in mind, we are subject to our environment and can not currently promise this.
We will, as always, continue to monitor service and tracking to make sure you receive your parcel in good condition.

Free Shipping is offered on all orders above $39.99 (before taxes) in Canada and $69.99 (before taxes) in the United States.
Orders with a value of $39.99 and lower in Canada, as well as $69.99 and lower in the United States, are subject to the following standard rates based on location of the shipment.
