Ingredients - Per One Tea Bag: Rooibos leaves (Aspalathus linearis), reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum/lingzi), cordyceps mushroom (Cordyceps militaris), lemongrass leaves (Cymbopogon citratus), eleuthero root (Eleutherococcus senticosus), natural orange flavour.

Directions:
Steep one tea bag in 177 mL - 236 mL of boiling water for 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally while steeping.
