Dosage:
Mix two heaping tablespoons (approximately 10 grams) of marine collagen powder in half cup or more of your favourite hot or cold beverage daily. Can also be added to smoothies, baking goods, and other recipes. For joint pain, use for a minimum of five months to see beneficial effects.
